Sprint Cell Phones
Q: Can you switch SIM Cards in sprint cell phones and it work in the other one? I am not sure if it had one to start with I never looked, but I don't have the phone now. I was just curious.
A: The Sprint handsets do not use SIM cards, they are CDMA PCS phones.
I just recently got 2 sprint cell phones and in order to use them in my area I have to switch providers. They tell me I need the unlock key! BUT sprint tells me there is NO unlock key..? Like wtf?? If anyone can help me in any way please do so!! :()
The Super Bowl is going prepaid this Sunday.</p><p>That’s prepaid as in Sprint’s Boost Mobile cell phone brand, which lets customers buy unlimited minutes monthly rather than commit to a contract.</p><p>It wouldn’t have happened on previous Super Sundays.</p><p>“Boost advertising on the Super Bowl makes a lot more sense than it would have made two years ago,” said Bob Stohrer, vice president of the prepaid group at Sprint Nextel Corp.</p><p>Prepaid cellular service has become the wireless industry’s growth market, and Sprint hopes to broaden Boost’s appeal by tapping the Super Bowl’s reach. </p><p>Boost recently extended service to Sprint’s CDMA network in addition to its legacy Nextel iDEN network, opening new handset choices for customers.</p><p>Boost’s appeal also has broadened, shall we say, chronologically. Stohrer said its target market might have been ages 14 to 34 in the past, but it’s more like 18 to 49 now.</p><p>And 49-year-olds certainly remember the 1985 Chicago Bears, who did the Super Bowl Shuffle rap video before beating the New England Patriots in the big game. i would like a side kick but i know you cant use it with sprint but what other company's such as [verizon wireless, cingular,etc.] can i use a cell phone but still with my sprint plan.
i want a new sprint phone because the one i have now is very old but i don't want to pay an outrageous price like $400 for a phone and i do not want to extend my contract either. so if you can help that would be great! :)
plus i dont know how to use ebay.
