Wii Play
Q: do u think wii play is a good game. i got my wii yeterday and have been playign wii sports non stop, but have only played wii play twice.
some of the games are boring, and i really only got it to save 40 bucks on a controller. what do u think of it?
A: I think it's fun only when you have nothing else to do. My favorite mini game would be the cow race and the bubble game. But I got it mostly for the controller as well.
My friend told me that he was told that even an original [unmodified] Wii plays pirated games without having it modified. Is this true?
And is there a way if you can make pirated games play on the Wii without modifying the Wii itself?

As a guy who grew up stacking quarters on top of the old "NBA Jam" arcade machine, all I can say after playing a full game of the upcoming Wii version is this: The magic is back.
Unfortunately for the poor guy playing as Shaq to my LeBron, I think I passed the ball only about five times in four quarters. What can I say -- he wasn't very good -- and I didn't want to miss out on the chance to get in as many "He's on fire!" moments as I could in the limited time EA actually gave me with the game.

Or do they have to be the more complex games like Guitar Hero or Call of Duty. We already hooked our wii up to our wireless connection. We just got it today so all we have is wii sports and wii play. If i can, tell me how.
If I have, for example, a Japanese Wii modded with either a Wiikey or a D2Ckey (depending on what chip my Wii has), can I play an ORIGINAL NTSC-US game?
